We only collect information necessary to establish storefronts: business names, email addresses, and payment detail setups. In accordance with PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, no data is collected without explicit consent.

2. Responsibility & Consent

Our Privacy Officer handles all data protection audits. By requesting a magic link or linking a Stripe account, you grant consent to share necessary details for transaction clearing.

3. Right to Portability & Erasure

Quebec merchants have the right to request a copy of their storefront configuration data in a structured, standard format, or demand complete deletion of their profile at any time by reaching out to privacy@fortoi.com.

4. Security & Edge Computing

All transaction handoffs are routed via secure Cloudflare Edge servers. Data is processed locally in Quebec/Canada zones where possible, preventing foreign jurisdiction exposures.
